Multibro is a european made wellness brand with focus on skin, hair and body health.

What makes multibro different?

Our research and development team have sourced high-quality products from across the world for your skin’s, hair and body health that actually work together well. Farmed, sourced and manufactured under strict national regulations. Conveniently packed in 30 daily servings and bottles, delivered monthly at your doorstep. ?

Are multibro products vegan/gluten free?

Some of our products are vegan and/or gluten-free, but not all of them.
Check the ingredient list on each product page to make sure it’s right for you.

How do I get started?

Simply pick a product you would like, start your monthly subscription and get your nutrients delivered each 30 days. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time.

Multibro products is sold exclusively through multibro.com

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for all of the European countries and the United Kingdom.

Can I update my shipping address?

Your shipping address and information can be updated in your account “Addresses” section.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders ship from our warehouse in UK, usually within 5-8 days from the date they’re placed. Once your order has been given to the carrier, you’ll receive tracking information. Tracking should then update within 48 hours after being shipped with an estimated delivery date for the order!

How can I track my order?

At the moment we do not offer a tracking option for your orders.

Subscription

How does my subscription work?

It’s super easy! We send you a new box of monthly vitamins every thirty days. You can edit your subscription or future packs any time, and we always remind you a couple days before any renewal order processes.

What types of payment do you accept?

Mastercard, American Express, Visa, Discover, and PayPal.

When will my credit card or PayPal account be charged?

When you place your order, we’ll charge your payment method immediately, and then bill/ship orders every 30 days onwards to keep you on track with your new multibro product! However, if you ever need to hold an order, or cancel your account, you can do so at any time from your account page.

Do you ship outside of the Europe?

Sorry, not now. But we’re planning our global takeover soon, so please keep checking back. At the moment our product is available in the United Kingdom, Sweden, Norway, Netherlands, Austria, and Latvia.

How do I update my billing information?

Simply log into your account page to make those updates.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your packs! If you are not for any reason, orders may be returned within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund. See our full refund & return policy.

How can I cancel my subscription?

That’s too bad, we’re sad to see you go! If you need to cancel, log into your account page, scroll down to “Manage Account” and choose the “Subscription” from that page that you’d like to cancel.

Our Products

Where do you source your products from?

We source our ingredients from all over the world! Then we package them in the United Kingdom. Most of our products are manufactured in the UK. Capsules in our Essential Skin pack in manufactured in European Union.

How long are multibro products good for?

Our products have a shelf life of 2 years. The expiration date of each product is listed on all boxes, sachets, and bottles.

When is the best time to take supplements?

We don’t recommend a specific time of day, but we do recommend that you take your nutrients with a meal rather than on an empty stomach. You can choose whether to take your daily dose all at once or divided throughout the day.

Is it safe to take all of your supplements together? Are there interactions?

Our supplements on our website are safe to be taken together, they don’t negatively interact with each other and do not block each other.. Everyone’s body is unique and responds differently to supplements! We recommend speaking with your health advisor or doctor about interactions if you are taking any prescription medications.

I'm pregnant/breastfeeding, can I take multibro products?

While some multibro products are safe for pregnant and nursing women, it may not quite cover everything you need so we suggest consulting your health advisor or doctor first!

How and where should I store my vitamins?

Keep out of reach of children. Keep in a dry place at room temperature away from direct sunlight.
